After Correio CIB, the next innovation is credited to Marilda Porto, Financial Director, who decided to abandon manual files and proceed to automatization of payments; significant decrease in cash payments; emission of payment billets, which can be received by e-mail; drastic reduction of cost of each billet; discussion with post office to reduce costs; mounting of financial system which allows Pres. to examine financial reports with amount received in each trimester, including payment date of each member and amount due; thus, a technological revolution. Our aim is an increase in quality until total informatization in computer files is achieved, with everything stored on icloud!!, gaining in quality, quantity and efficiency, a real transformation in administration. This is an audacious modernization project, which will place the club in the technological world of the 21st century.
